Please note sizing ranges from babies to adult and everything in between. Please view the Size Chart on the product page for exact measurement details.
It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.
Most of our products are printed in 3 business days. Then you have to calculate shipping speed on top of that.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please submit the form to the right and select “Order (Change of Address or other order change)”. Please provide exact details with the correct address. Make sure you provide the order number as well which can be found on your account dashboard.
Your order status is updated on your account dashboard and a tracking link is sent to you via email. Please check your spam if you cannot find it.

We ship internationally to most countries! Keep in mind that we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
